We understand the stress and disappointment that can come with owning, renting or working in a building which is not functioning the way it was intended. We aim to be diligent, respectful and professional in our approach to investigate, identify and remedy all buildings we are engaged to manage.
Our Company
Capital Building Remediation is a Canberra owned and operated business servicing a wide range of remediation services in the ACT and surrounding region. Directors Dean and David a born and bred in the ACT and have a combined 35 years experience in the construction and property industry.
Our Philosophy
Regardless of how your building has ended up where it is, CBR will ensure to properly identify, plan and remedy your issues the first time. We don’t believe in band-aid approaches and we definitely don’t believe we should be adding to the problem. We are engaged to fix the issues which you have and we will carry out the most appropriate undertaking for your building’s issues
